Residential Questions

We only take secured debit or credit payments via invoices sent to your email. Our techs do not take cash payments outside of tips. You will have the option to pay a tip through your electonic invoice.

For our assembler’s and the customer’s safety, we do not accept cash. Please pay via the electronic invoice.

Once you book, you will receive an email with an estimate which you will approve. Once approved and job is scheduled and complete, we will send you an invoice to be paid on the day of service.

Ready-to-assemble furniture
is furniture that requires assembly after it’s purchased. Ready-to-assemble
furniture saves the retailer and the customer money by not having to ship
pre-assembled furniture.

Assembly On Demand, AOD, is a white glove assembly service company. AOD assembles furniture from popular
stores like IKEA, Weekends Only, Value City, Bob’s Furniture, Amazon, Wayfair, and Ashley Furniture.

Yes! We will be happy to
move any empty boxes or packaging to your outdoor trash area for pick-up at
your request. We will not haul away trash in our vehicles.

It depends on what item(s)
you have that require assembly. The typical time frame is between 1 and 4
hours. Once we know what items you have, we will provide you with an estimate
on the amount of time needed to complete the assembly.

Our furniture assemblers
arrive with their own tools ready for the project. Most projects require one
assembler, however we will determine if a second assembler is required and we
will divide the work up for each assembler.

We will refund your money. No service? No payment. 

We operate from 8AM – 5PM,
Monday through Friday.

AOD assemblers will assist
you in contacting the manufacturer or retailer’s customer service department in
the event a part is missing or defective. The replacement part should be sent
directly to you, at which time you can reschedule our services.

Only within the room it is being assembled.  We ask that you have your furniture delivered to the
room you would like it in prior to our assemblers’ arrival.  Please make
sure there is plenty of room for the assembly and that any fragile objects are
removed from the area. Once the service is complete, the AOD assembler will
move the furniture to your desired position within the room.

Commercial Questions

Yes! We assemble all office objects including cubicles. However, we do not run electrical.

The sooner the better. We are typically booked weeks out at any given time of the year. 

No Worries! If the project extends longer, we will work with you to complete the project as needed.

We do not take cash payments. We take check and debit/credit payments can be made via electronic invoice.

This is all dependent on scope and length of project.
